Nutty Snack



125 ml Honey

125 ml  Nut Butter (Almond Butter)

500 ml Puff Rice unsweetened

500 ml Dried Cranberries

250 ml Macadamia Nuts chopped in blender

2 ml Pink salt

5 ml Cinnamon powder

30 ml Carob powder

Heat the honey and nut butter in a pot, stir in the other ingredients and mix well. Remove from the stove and spread it on a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 min on 180 degrees. Leave to cool and cut it into squares. Enjoy as a healthy snack between meals.
