Wheat, Gluten free Muesli
4 cups Puff Rice
4 cups Almond (chopped)
2 cups Cranberries
3/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Raw honey
Pumpkin seed; Sunflower seed – check if it is allowed for your Blood type
Spices of your choice: Ground Cinnamon, Ginger, Carob & Nutmeg
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, make sure the oil is well mixed in. Spread out on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 min on 160 degrees. After cooling down, brake it loose and store in air tight container. Serve with fruit or yoghurt or enjoy it as a snack in between meals.
